Request technical support

Technical support is provided directly by me to provide you with help and advice about my pedals, as best as I can. This does not include any support about selling and shipping, if you have purchased a pedal that I’ve occasionally put on sale on Reverb.com, and you have a question or need help with your purchase, please contact me through their website.

To receive dedicated technical support email me at:

Please clearly describe the problem you encountered by specifying the Serial Number of your pedal. The Serial Number provides information about type and model and uniquely identify your pedal.

Before that, make sure:

  • Your pedal is properly powered by a charged 9V battery or by a 9V DC center negative regulated power supply. Keep in mind that the LED automatically turns solid red when DC polarity is reversed.
  • Your pedal is powered by a 9V DC regulated power supply for guitars effects on an isolated output for analog effects, or by a 9V battery, if digital effects are present in your pedalboard. Digital effects units may cause noise.
  • Make sure you are not using any general purpose switching-mode power supply. It may cause a severe amount of noise.
  • The Instrument (input) and Amplifier (output) jacks are properly connected. Keep in mind that the input jack also acts as a power switch when your pedal is powered by battery, for which reason it must be connected.
  • All the equipment involved such your amplifier, your guitar or your jack cables are tested and fully functioning.

If you want to attach a short video or audio to better describe the problem it's not a bad idea, feel free to do it, the attachment size should be less than 50 MB.

You can write me in English, French or Italian.
I will answer you shortly!

Where is the serial number located?

The serial number is listed after the word "Serial #" on the the printed circuit board (PCB) of your pedal (remove the bottom plate) or on the sticker label on the package.
